1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Participant", or "you") and Earniform Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of the Earniform website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or completing any activity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Cookies Policy.
2. Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher);
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of our services is prohibited or restricted by law;
- Provide accurate, complete, and current registration information.
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to request proof of identity or eligibility at any time.
3. Account Registration
To access most features of the Platform, you must register for an account. When registering, you agree to:

4. Platform Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its related systems;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform;
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any other harmful technology;
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform without express written permission;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform.
5. Activities & Participation
The Platform provides access to a catalogue of digital activities. These may include, but are not limited to, surveys, data labelling tasks, content validation, testing activities, and other structured online engagements.
Participation in any activity is voluntary. We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific activity type. Activities are allocated based on eligibility criteria, availability, and participant profile data.
You agree to complete activities honestly, in good faith, and in accordance with any specific activity instructions provided. Fraudulent, incomplete, or low-quality submissions may be rejected and may result in account suspension.
6. Payments & Withdrawals
Participation values are assigned to completed activities as described within the Platform. Accumulated values may be withdrawn subject to the following conditions:
- Minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply and are displayed within the Platform;
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 3–5 business days;
- We reserve the right to verify activity completions before processing any withdrawal;
- Withdrawals may be subject to applicable taxes or fees imposed by third-party payment processors;
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment networks.
Participation values have no cash equivalent unless and until a withdrawal request is successfully processed. We reserve the right to modify the value assigned to activity types with reasonable notice.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of accumulated value:
- Creating multiple accounts or impersonating any other person;
- Using proxy services, VPNs, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions;
- Sharing, selling, or renting account access;
- Submitting false, misleading, or fabricated responses to activities;
- Using automated means to complete activities;
- Engaging in any behaviour intended to manipulate the Platform's activity allocation or valuation systems;
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Platform staff.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and user interface elements — are owned by or licensed to Earniform Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
By completing activities on the Platform, you assign to us all rights in any content, data, or output you produce as part of those activities, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
9. Privacy
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Platform, its users, or our business.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us via the support portal. Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Accumulated participation values that have not been withdrawn at the time of termination for cause may be forfeited.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We do not guarantee any minimum level of activity availability or participation value accumulation. Participation in Platform activities does not constitute employment, a contract of service, or any other employment relationship.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Earniform Ltd and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total participation value accumulated in your account during the six months preceding the relevant claim.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Earniform Ltd is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending an email notification to registered users. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
